This is a project to commemorate 100 years since the passing of the 1923 Chinese Exclusion Act in Canada. A 100th anniversary national exhibition will open on July 1, 2023, hosted by the Chinese Canadian Museum in the historic Wing Sang building in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown. Karen Cho will represent Jia Foundation as the Quebec representative at the community advisory team for this exhibition.
