As the provincially-designated “Institutional node of Chinatown”, this block contains some of the richest heritage assets in Chinatown which have been home to institutional and community organizations for generations. The Wing’s Block Vision will establish the Wing’s Block as a cultural heritage anchor for Chinatown.
